We loved our stay at the Granary! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, lots of thoughtful touches like a nightlight for the landing. Very comfortable beds and we all slept very well! Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic, well equipped kitchen with good knives and two ovens. It was very hot during our visit so wRead moree enjoyed sitting in the large garden and enjoying the lovely rural setting. Beautiful surrounding countryside and some nice pubs, independent cafes and small shops 10 mins drive away in Presteigne. Hide

The house was lovely - very clean and light and spacious plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The weather was extremely hot (30+ degrees) and we took full benefit of the large glorious garden!

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather was cold and showery. We found the property to be well maintained, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of a well secured garden.

The Granary was perfect. The owners paid real attention to detail with their focus being 5* luxury. The house was immaculate in every way and we wanted for nothing. We loved our first visit to Herefordshire and would not hesitate to book The Granary again.

The Old Granary is a beautiful property, really comfortable with some great touches, such as the verandah with outdoor heater. A wonderful week in this lovely cottage. Inside and out, it was as good as we hoped it would be, and a super base for exploring the beautiful places close by.

Friendly hosts and a comfortable well appointed property made for a excellent weeks break. Location was very good and the birdsong in the garden was very relaxing. Owls can be heard at night and a camera shy kite gave tanterlising glimpses as it patrolled the surrounding area. Looking forward to a return visit.

Clean, spacious, comfortable three bedroom property, with all the amenities a person needs for an excellent self-catering holiday. It was a great base for exploring Ludlow, Hay on Wye, Elan Valley and the historic black & white villages. An unexpected gem was visiting Shobdon Arches and walks around the vicinity.

The two cottages together were ideal for our family as we had an anxious dog with us. Cottages are very modern and clean and I would highly recommend for a weekend away with family or friends. Remote location, ideal for walks. We loved it.

Fabulous house, everything you could want there. Beautifully clean. Internet has a tendancy to be slow at times, but it did not spoil our time there. Owners were very helpful could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful time away. Thank you both.
