This tranquil two-bedroom property is set on a 12-acre fishery just 3 miles from Narberth. With three lakes and a salmon and sea trout river on your doorstep, it's an idyllic retreat for both nature lovers and anglers.

Inside, the reverse-level layout has been designed with care and attention, maximising the stunning lake views. On the ground floor, you’ll find a peaceful double and twin bedroom comfortably furnished with soothing tones plus a good-sized family bathroom. But the heart of the home lies upstairs in the open-plan living area. In the lounge, a floor-to-ceiling window frames the beautiful lake and the plump sofas invite you to sit and soak up the glorious views. The kitchen overlooks the lounge and offers a good space for preparing meals while the dining table is the perfect setting for a meal with the tranquil lake as a backdrop. Back on ground level, a shared rear patio provides a peaceful spot to sit and chat with the neighbours or simply unwind. Alternatively, enjoy a stroll around the lakes, browse the on-site tackle shop, or spend the day fishing on the lake and river.

Away from the lakes, explore the enchanting woodland at Canaston, just 3 miles from the property. Or head to Narberth (5 miles), a charming market town brimming with independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. For family fun, older children will love the rollercoasters at Oakwood Theme Park (4.5 miles) while younger ones will delight in the animal encounters at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (8.5 miles). The accommodation was very good with comfortable beds and all the kitchen equipment needed. Views across the lakes were lovely and the fishing was excellent. My husband was very pleased to receive fishing tips from a world champion. For the non fisher there's plenty to do in the area

Cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Such a feast to the eyes overlooking the beautifully landscaped fishing pond. Prettiest view weve had from a cottage window.

Very lovely place to stay with the fishing close and the coast near as well. Already booked for next year. Thank you Scott for all your help and Ian for the fishing hints.

Cottage spotless. Lovely spot. We were lucky with fab weather. Just hoped for a local pub to walk to but that was not an option. No complaints about anything else. Owners very helpful. Probably not the best place for young children. Seems the fishing was brilliant

We stayed for a week end of July 2024. Clear View had a lovely view of the lake and beyond. Very quiet location. Some narrow winding country lanes. About 10 mins by car to Narberth. Approx 30 mins to Saundersfoot. Beach and town of Saundersfoot really well looked after. Coppet Hall carpark is next to beach. We had lovely weather. Tenby not too far Read moreeither and is busier and bigger. Hide
