Situated in a real central hub for outdoor activity, the property is close to the Dee Valley (5 miles) and the Snowdonia National Park (12 miles) for hiking, bike riding and more.

On arrival, notice the charming traditional caravan that’s located in the acre of garden space outside the property, space to sit and unwind with a morning coffee amongst splendid surroundings. Once indoors, notice the traditional oak styling and authentic original beams throughout this single-storey place. The rooms are filled with antique-style furniture and eclectic nick-nacks, whilst windows and patio doors display undisturbed countryside vistas. Spend time in the kitchen/diner before moving through into the lounge where sofas and a Smart TV wait. At bedtime, an incredible four-poster bed invites you to rest up ahead of daily excursions yet to come.

Lined with green fields and bright pastures, take quiet country roads down to the local village of Clawdd Poncen (2.5 miles) to embark on a picturesque walk along the River Dee and into the depths of the valley. From here, the vivid Clwydian Hills invite endless circular hikes and cliff-top summits, with Moel Morfydd (9 miles) and the Horseshoe Pass (10.5 miles) offering views that go on for miles from their towering vantage points. Unearth unforgettable scenery along Denbighshire’s World's End (14 miles) before joining the Offa’s Dyke Path for an excellent waymarked route.

I've had y very nice stay at this lovely cottage. Wonderful surrounding and breathtaking view. Easy rich to other interesting places. Very calm and peaceful. Would recommand it any time and book also book it again any time.
