Just 0.5 miles from the stylish coastal town of Aberaeron, this high-quality holiday cottage is the perfect base for walking, beach days, boat trips and exploring fabulous restaurants. With space for couples, friends or families, it boasts excellent facilities, including a wood burner, Smart TVs, private parking and a hot tub.

The handsome detached house offers a choice of both a lounge and a separate snug in which to relax, each with a Smart TV for entertainment, and one boasting a wood burner for a cosy glow on a chilly evening. From here, steps lead down to the charming kitchen/diner, where you'll find everything on hand to whip up delicious meals. The breakfast bar for two is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, and there's a sturdy dining table where everyone can gather for long, sociable suppers. Take the stairs to the twin room, which is on the same level as the shower room and bathroom, and then up to the two king-size bedrooms, which complete the interior. In the tiered garden you'll find a hot tub, ideal for relaxing in while you enjoy the stunning views, and sun loungers for soaking up the rays. You can also take your food outdoors and dine on the patio. You'll have private parking for two cars.

In Aberaeron you'll find enticing shops and restaurants, a picturesque harbour and a pebble beach. Try the famous local honey ice cream, and stroll the Ceredigion Coast Path, keeping an eye out for porpoises playing in the waves. A lovely house and a most enjoyable holiday. My only thoughts are that there is no way it should have been classed as a 5 star property. There are some fantastic extras however not enough to make it a luxury property.
