Take a holiday with all your loved ones in this gorgeous barn conversion. Located in Llangyndeyrn, North Wales, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and fascinating history, and be close to the coast. So gather your friends, family and dogs and get ready for a fantastic trip on a working farm (which even has its own hot tub)!

Come into the property and find a lovely kitchen/diner. It’s a bright space with glass doors to the garden, so you’ll get plenty of natural light, and the floor is made from stone, so listen out for the sound of your dogs’ paws tapping. Go down a few steps and you’ll be in the lounge, which is very comfortable and has French doors for a little fresh air. The ground floor has a utility room, a shower room, and a double bedroom. Continue up the stairs to the remaining bedrooms. You’ll have two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a twin bedroom. Finally, there’s a family bathroom with a shower, separate bath and a WC. Head outside to the garden, which is set up with a BBQ and a dining area for al fresco dining on warm afternoons. You can also take a dip in your own hot tub and check out the view over the nearby fields.

You’ll be staying about 500 metres from the village of Llangyndeyrn, a quiet place with a pub so you can go out for meals if you choose. The historic town of Kidwelly is 6.5 miles away, and is a great place to visit if you like looking around castles. For beach days, visit Saint Ishmael, 8 miles from the property, or go 10.5 miles to Pembrey Beach.

What a wonderful place to stay, yes we were blessed with the most amazing weather which was an added bonus but the house was fab even with three teenagers!. Fabulous place in stunning surroundings. The house is great- big, clean and so well equipped! The hot tub was perfect overlooking the horses and rolling hills. Thanks so much to Orwell who was so friendly, accommodating and full of great local knowledge. We had a great break as a family of eight plus a puppy.

A clean, spacious and well equipped cottage, with a great outdoor space, lovely views and a very peaceful setting. Well located for trips to the seaside or up into the hills, whilst also being a very comfortable spot to have a lazy day listening to the rain. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

We returned to this wonderful cottage for the second time, 2 years after our first stay. A great base to explore the surrounding areas including Prembrey Country Park. The cottage itself is perfect. Home from home, clean, beautiful surroundings and the hot tub is a bonus. We'll definitely be back again!
