The best thing about this cottage was the view. I could happily sit out on the balcony watching the activity on the Menai strait all day long. It was Very well maintained, clean, and fully equipped except no tumble dryer. The stairs take some getting used to and may not be suitable for older people or people with mobility issues. The showers wherRead moree amazing and the bath looked amazing although we didnt use it due to the extreme heat the week we arrived. The top floor got very warm and was 28c on the hottest day although the ground floor bedroom which is huge with on suite with amazing power shower was the coolest room in the house. The owners where very helpful and understanding of my personal circumstances, they even left a little gift basket to welcome us. The estate was very quiet and well maintained. Not too much to do in the immediate location, but your 4 miles outside caernarfon and 8 miles from beumaris and many other locations. There are some pathways that you think you can walk along side the strait, but alot of these are private for residents only, but most residents where happy to guide you to the right ways around. Beware of the random peacock that roams the estate. Hide

Lovely, spacious property with plenty of room for our family of five adults. It was great to relax on the balcony taking in the views of the Menai Strait. Set in a quiet area but handy for lots of local attractions, the location was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning.
