This is a fantastic property with comfy beds, a patio where you can enjoy the evening sunshine and all mod cons. The steep hill to the property was a nice challenge to walk up and down, but the sight of free roaming sheep and goats made it all the more interesting. It's great the property has its own parking space, as parking on the road is scarce.Read more The space is quite tight, but manageable. It's especially handy that you can drop your luggage in the garage (now games room) and then move everything up the stairs at your leisure. Hide

The property is amazing and a great space. It was spotless, loved the decor and owner is at hand if needed. The location was great as we are mobile and easy access to the town, Orme and tram. A bonus as the property had parking for one car. I have recommended this property to people and would stay again.

This is a very comfortable well appointed house. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable seating and a comfortable bed. Everything required was provided in the kitchen. . The property is on three floors so there are numerous steps. Also it is part way up the Great Orme and the road is very steep. However there is a bus service. This is a very modern, well equipped and beautifully decorated property, which was very comfortable. Two things to note: This house is situated up a very long very steep hill. You will need to be very fit to walk up it from the promenade/centre of Llandudno. 15 mins walk down the very steep hill and a taxi back will cost c5. And we are from YorkshiRead morere and used to hills! We have a bMW X1 and it only just fitted in the parking space, anything bigger would struggle. Hide

We absolutely loved everything about the house and were made so welcome. It was lovely to find milk in the fridge with some tea bags etc after a 4 hour drive! Perfectly located to walk into Llandudno. Just remember you need to walk back up! Pool table and games were just the ticket to occupy the kids while having a nice bath and a glass of wine.
