Situated in Lydstep, a quiet coastal village with access to the coast path and a fabulous beach, you’re sure to experience a slow, peaceful pace of life during an invigorating stay here. The cottage is a 400-year-old delight with spacious rooms and elegantly presented décor, hosting a total of six guests and well-suited to families or friends looking to escape.

With cosy seating options, an electric fire, a TV/DVD and a selection of board games, you’re invited to enjoy one another’s company in this lovely lounge space. When the sun shines, move out to the back of the cottage where a large grassy garden invites endless ball games and drinks on the patio. However you spend your evenings, when the day draws to a close it’s time to move indoors and head to bed. Three bedrooms, a double with an en-suite and a twin and a single that share a family bathroom, are laid out on the first floor.

Any good country cottage should neighbour an inviting village pub, and this one does just that. Enjoy refreshments and socialisation at the pub just metres away after a long day on Lydstep Beach (1 mile). The beach is a tranquil destination with an arc of golden sand and incredible Caldey Island views. Naturally, it’s located right on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, with endless sights to be seen whilst following this walking route either east to Tenby (4 miles) or west to Freshwater East (4.5 miles).

The cottage is very spacious with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large lounge and dining kitchen. It is also very well equipped with lots of pots and pans, glasses and beakers. There were also tea bags, washing up liquid. condiments etc. The owners had kindly put up a Xmas tree and decorations for our visit. The cottage is close to the Read morePembrokeshire Coastal Path and so was ideal for our walks. It is also a 10 minute car journey from Tenby and the supermarket there. Hide

Lovely spacious cottage, but very dated and smells musty throughout, hence the amount of air fresheners in kitchen. Needs a general bit of TLC everywhere, and some basic matinence. Fairly well equipped and location was quite good.

As above the cottage needed some TLC certain curtains kept coming off their fixings the bathroom rolls blind did not open properly one of the bedroom door handles had disintegrated and was in danger of breaking if you twisted it too much so we never closed the door Overall I would have expected to pay 800 for a house in that condition
