Entertain your guests during your special North Wales seaside getaway with a few games of pool and some music in the hot tub, before snuggling up by the fire with a bottle of bubbly in this ten-person property. In the daytime, you can explore Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey and the nearby coastal towns and beaches.

As you enter this period property, you’ll notice a charming balance of old and new, with a games room boasting a pool table and a Smart TV. Make yourself at home in the neutral-toned lounge, with a wood burner and a wide bay window. Continue into the large kitchen where there is plenty of space for a joint effort when cooking. Gather around the wooden dining table for a homemade meal and relax in the sunroom with glass doors which connect you to the outside. Also on the ground floor is a shower room, a separate WC and a double bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom with a free-standing bath and five bedrooms – two king-size with Smart TVs, a twin room, and two single bedrooms – one has an en-suite shower room. Outside, is an enclosed garden with a lawn, hot tub, BBQ and furniture.

During your stay in Colwyn Bay, you can check out the town’s cosy pubs, independent eateries, galleries and shops (within 1 mile). Discover the enticing attractions including wildlife boat trips, the Welsh Mountain Zoo (1 mile) and Bodnant Gardens (6 miles). Active holiday-goers should head to the seafront (0.5 miles) to try the water sports on offer. Set off on a bucket list day trip to Anglesey (23.5 miles) where you can find historic landmarks and secluded coves. Also within reach are the mountains of Snowdonia National Park (6 miles).

We had a fabulous time in Rhos on sea! Nia was lovely and very accommodating, allowing us to get in early and use the facilities. Everywhere was beautifully clean and well presented. We had a great afternoon relaxing in the hot tub and lots of fun playing snooker. We even took up the recommendation of Sunday lunch at Pen-Y-Bryn. We would love to doRead more a return visit. Beautiful big house, plenty space for everyone. In our party we had 7 adults, 3 energetic boys aged 8-11 and a toddler and we never felt we were on top of each other. The pool table was well used and the extra touches by the owner, ie decorations and treats for Easter, milk and loo paper, condiments etc etc were a lovely touch. Location wise was alRead moreso brill, 5/10 mins walk to the beach. Both Rhos and Colwyn were walkable, a park 5 mins away and a Lidl also within walking distance. 10 out of 10 from us and we would definitely go back when next in the area. Hide

The cottage is lovely and in a great location. The outside space is nice and there is lots ofroom. Rhos on Sea is a beautiful seaside town with a wonderful promenade with lots of information and activities for children. However whilst the property wasn't untidy or dirty it was not as clean as it should be.

This house is fantastic. We were a party of 10, with ages ranging from late seventies to early twenties and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house furnishings were of excellent quality and the equipment was plentiful and more than adequate. In fact we wanted for nothing. The property is a very short walk to the beach and not much further Read moreto Lidl and other local shops. This house is beautiful. Location is ideal for walking into Rhos on Sea. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend The Toad pub for eating and Tapps the local Tap room both walking distance. Cant wait to go back.

A beautiful house with everything you need for a comfortable fun filled stay. The six bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The three bathrooms were high spec and very pleasant. What a beautiful property! Very clean, cosy and spacious. The location was ideal for beach walks to both Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay, both of which are very pretty seaside towns. We went as a party of 10 including pensioners, parents and young children and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a tremendous time and the accommodation was excellent the kitchen and dining area was perfect for the 10 of us. The hot tub, pool room and patio area all got plenty of use. If we had another family holiday in the area we would have no hesitation in booking the same accommodation again.

Awel Y Mor is a wonderful base for a holiday in Rhos and N.Wales in general. The property combines being light and spacious with also being welcoming and homely. It is very well equipped. We were a party of x9 adults, x1 child, x1 toddler and a baby, spanning three generations and yet the property suited us all. Highly recommended on all counts.

A lovely house in a nice location with the promenade being a steady 10 minute walk away. The house is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk, crisps and cake were provided which is lovely touch. We very much enjoyed chilling out in the hot tub on an evening after a busy day sightseeing. A very comfortable and well-equipped house, with plenty of room for our party of 9. The hot tub and the pool table were an added bonus for the children. Rhos is very attractive, with its beach and shops and cafes within easy walking distance. It is also a good centre for exploring the surrounding area, such as Snowdonia, Conway and Llandudno.

We had such a lovely time. The house was clean and beautifully furnished with all the home comforts you could wish for. The hot tub was lovely and clean. We really enjoyed the pool table and would go back in a heart beat. I would highly recommend this house for a holiday.
