The property is located in Aberaeron, just half a mile from the stunning shingle beach and within easy reach of local pubs, shops and restaurants to fill your stay. Discover admirable spots along the Cardigan Bay with trips to New Quay (7 miles), Llanrhystyd (7 miles) and Aberystwyth (16 miles) or move inland to find beauty in the West Wales countryside.

Stylish, modern touches elevate this Grade-II listed cottage to create an entirely appealing place of residence. On the ground floor, a central hallway leads into the lovely lounge, through to the dining room and onto the kitchen. Well-equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, you’re well-stocked in the kitchen should you choose to eat in. The lounge offers a Smart TV and soft seating to allow you to relax on a restful evening, and you’ve got the garden out back with patio furniture, BBQ and a hot tub for summer nights. These excursions include sea safaris offering the chance to spot porpoises and dolphins out in the water. Closer to home visit the National Trust Llanerchaeron Estate (2 miles), a well-presented attraction with a traditional house, a farm and a pretty walled garden. This area is also a Dark Sky Discovery Site, encouraging late-night visits for the chance to gaze up at night skies.

Cannot fault this cottage, immaculately clean and furnished. Will certainly recommend to our friends, and stay again if we visit the area in the future.

A really lovely property. The owner has presented it well and taken time to ensure everything you need for the stay is made available. We spoke with the owner who could not have been more helpful and engaging. The house was quiet, warm and comfortable. The on site parking space at the rear of the property is so valuable given the paucity of parkingRead more spaced locally. Hide

Comfortable and cosy. Excellent access to all amenities in Aberaeron by foot, off-road parking for two cars is a real bonus.
