Set just outside Fishguard, this quaint cottage is set on large grounds and provides four guests with a cheerful retreat on the picturesque Pembrokeshire coastline. Curl up in front of the warming wood burner or enjoy the evening sun on your private patio after busy days adventuring.
Leave your walking boots in the hallway and set the chef of the group to work in the bright kitchen/diner. Containing an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and a dishwasher, this space is super practical and contains a stylish table where you can all eat together and plan activities for the days ahead. Afterwards, put your feet up in the lounge and enjoy warming up in front of the wood burner as you watch a film on the Smart TV. Just beyond this is a sunroom with further seating and doors leading outside, a lovely spot to get stuck into a good book. A handy WC completes the ground floor. As the day draws to a close, climb upstairs to the two welcoming bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, which both make use of a pleasant bathroom with a bath and a shower. Immediately outside is a large patio with garden furniture and a BBQ so you can dine alfresco and enjoy relaxing in the Welsh air. Beyond the garden is 7 acres of shared grounds for you to explore and private parking is provided for two cars.
Fishguard (1 miles) is a charming town set on the harbour where you can grab a bite to eat at one of the cafes, pubs, or restaurants, before embarking on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and soaking up the beautiful, far-reaching views. Just round the bay is Newport (11.5 miles), a lovely cove which is great for surfing, while the gorgeous National Trust’s Blue Lagoon is 13 miles away.
