This airy, contemporary countryside retreat made up of two properties with hot tubs is perfect for a group getaway with up to 11 other guests and two canine companions. This accommodation is made up of two properties. Enter the first building and find yourself in the green and neutral-toned lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling. Natural light pours through the windows and patio doors into the kitchen area where a fitted ‘L’-shaped unit sits beside a wooden dining table. On the opposite side of the room is a lounge area with two grey sofas opposite a wooden coffee table and a Smart TV next to the sliding doors to the patio. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom and two bedrooms – an en-suite king-size room and a twin room. Climb the stairs to reach an additional king-size bedroom. In the second property, the style and facilities are similar, but the kitchen/diner and lounge are in separate rooms. There are also three more bedrooms – an en-suite king-size room, a king-size and a twin room. Outside both properties you’ll find an enclosed patio garden with furniture, BBQs and hot tubs. There is private parking for six cars.
While based in the West Wales countryside you’ll be just 8 miles from Camarthen. Spend a day in the charming coastal town of Laugharne (9 miles) to stroll along the Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk before stopping by Laugharne Castle and the Dylan Thomas Boathouse. Pack a picnic and head into Pembrey Forest (23 miles) for a walk amongst the trees until you reach the golden sandy beach.
