Take the family away to this charming bungalow located in the popular resort of Abersoch. With a harbour, beach, coastal walks and unrivalled scenery right on the doorstep, it will be hard to find a better spot on the Llyn Peninsula.

One of the first rooms you come to when entering this cottage sleeping six is the lounge/dining area with lovely garden views. From here, the large double doors open onto the pretty rear garden and decking area. Relax on the comfortable sofas together with the open fire lit and a glass of wine in hand. Reminisce on the days’ adventures around the large dining table after cooking up delicious meals in the country-cottage kitchen, fully equipped with all the kit you will need. Pick from a delightful king-size bedroom and a double bedroom at the front of the house, both of which have been tastefully decorated and furnished. To the rear with garden views, there is a spacious twin room which also has a TV and PlayStation3 console, the perfect kids room. All rooms share the family bathroom decorated in soft tones, which has a shower over the bath and WC. The pretty decking area and garden to the back is a nice place to pass the time, with seating for six, a parasol over the table for shelter, a gas BBQ and a small summerhouse providing a nice spot for your morning coffee.

Walk into the heart of Abersoch (0.5 miles) and stumble across shops, eateries and galleries. Spend time at the harbour watching marine life go by or hunt out the beach for lazy days in the sun. Water sports like windsurfing, kayaking and jet-skiing can be enjoyed or take a boat trip to Saint Tudawal’s Islands to spot the many grey seals. There is an 18-hole golf course, too.

Great location for having a pleasant stroll into and around Abersoch and further afield. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. It was our first visit to Abersoch which is very nice and well certainly return one day.

The property is in a lovely condition, some decor is quite dated but we liked this as it was quirky. Very comfortable and spacious, kitchen really well equipped. Cleanliness was awful, really needed a good deep clean, would recommend and stay again only if it were cleaned thoroughly beforehand.
