Get away to Wales this Spring Bank Holiday with the whole family or just the two of you! Choose a property close to a sandy beach, or up in the mountains with stunning views, or experience a different pace of life on a rural farm! Wales Holidays has an excellent selection of cottages and farmhouses still available during the half term week. Here is an idea of the range of properties we offer.
For a couple looking for something out of the way, how about the attractive cottage near Llanberis. Situated high on a hillside it offers breathtaking views of Snowdon and there are plenty of outdoor activity facilities near by.
If a town property is preferable the 4* cottage at Llandeilo is within 5 minutes walk of plenty of independent shops and restaurants and there are many historic houses and gardens to visit in his beautiful part of West Wales.
More space is offered at the 5* spacious farm bungalow near Llanidloes which can sleep up to 6, has superb views down the Severn Valley and is only 3 miles from the bustling little market town. Another farm property is the cottage near Builth Wells for 6. This old beamed cottage is on a 90 acre sheep farm in a fairly remote location which guest are welcome to explore.
Again for 6, but very different, is the apartment at Barmouth. The accommodation with a contemporary feel is part of a large Victorian house with a superb outlook over the sea and Barmouth Bridge and the popular town with huge sandy beach is just a walk down the hill.
Central for Pembrokeshire is the large 4 bedroomed house near St Clears with countryside views. In a pretty riverside village which boasts an award winning chocolate farm, there are walks from the door and easy access to the coast and fabulous beaches such as Tenby.
