This spacious L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a relaxing living space with room for everybody to unwind. The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and pool table, with doors to the patio. From the lounge, the room curves round into the handsome dining area – a great space for everyone to share a celebratory meal which you can rustle up in the stylishly designed kitchen. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom with rise-and-recline beds, a TV and a large wheel-in en-suite wet room. Upstairs, there’s a refreshing bathroom and four bedrooms, all with TVs: a twin, two king-size rooms (one en-suite) and a family room with a king-size bed and double sofa bed. Outside, the extensive garden has a lawn, a furnished patio with a BBQ, and a covered, shared, hot tub. There are several open grassy areas shared with the neighbouring property, with children’s play equipment including a trampoline, climbing frame, slide and swings.
There are some wonderful walks in this spectacular area, with Cray Reservoir, Cefn Llechid, Fan Gyhirych, the National Showcaves for Wales and Blaen Ilia all within 11 miles. The nearest town is Brecon (8 miles), with a fantastic choice of great pubs, shops and restaurants.
