An amazing property with views of the Brecons and levels of comfort that will not disappoint. Also, very convenient for so many activities (walking, visiting local gardens, getting to Hay-on-Wye) without the need to navigate lots of small windy roads to get in and out. Close to all necessary amenities (shops etc...). Really, all-in-all a wonderRead moreful property and would happily return and recommend this to anyone lucky enough to be able to make a booking. Perfect place. It is quirky in fabulous way. With its lovely cottage garden (enclosed) and very well thought out layout we had a great time with lots of good restaurants in and around H ay. Walks of all types of duration, up mountains or alongside the river. And of course loads and loads of bookshops. We are planning to stay again next year

A very comfortable, clean and cozy property. It was nice to have an enclosed garden where our dog could roam without us worrying. The views are stunning. Everything we needed was provided. The location is convenient for exploring the area and the many dog friendly attractions near by. Would highly recommend and would consider staying there again.
