This is an old and characterful timber-framed stable conversion on a farm. Spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It's on three levels with two en-suite bedrooms on each of the lower two floors. Very comfortable king and superking beds! A pretty part of the country with a lot of history. We ate at the "Boot" PH in Orleton which has food to a high standard as well as a good selection of liquid products. Edwin and Caroline are friendly and helpful hosts. There were five in our party. ideal spot for a holiday in the countryside but with quick access to the likes of Ludlow, Leominster and Hereford. Good pubs nearby (particularly The Boot in Oregon). Good for car parking. Extremely friendly owners who are there to help if and when required.

What an absolute gem! Wonderful accommodation in wonderful countryside. The owner and her family were perfect hosts, catering for everything along with a warm welcome. The washing machine broke on our second day and a brand new replacement was installed the next day. Superb service! Highly recommended for a family gathering or just a getaway.

This is a really lovely property, in a great location. Very comfortable beds, unusually well equipped kitchen for a holiday cottage, and nice seating area. Plenty of good walking opportunities, and Ludlow is a really nice town to potter around. Highly recommended.

We hired both the Cottage and the Wain house over Christmas The cottage is well equipped and spacious, the Wain house is larger and provides really excellent accommodation.

We had a fabulous stay during half term! The barn is beautiful and cosy with plenty of room to accommodate our 2 families without any issues. We really appreciated the well appointed kitchen (plenty of cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery) and the little extras in the bathrooms. It was a lovely big barn cottage that was very well equipped, the owners were very friendly and helpful with local information on the area and the best places to park in the various towns we visited. There was a great patio with furniture and a lovely garden to walk in around a pond with resident ducks.
