This listed Georgian house is in the attractive village of Manorbier (6 miles west of Tenby in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) and is just half a mile from the sandy beach, which is dominated by the beautiful medieval Manorbier Castle and a 12th Century church, a 10 minute walk away.

Semi-detached, full of character and with beamed ceilings, Curlew Cottage has a sitting room with an open fire (logs provided), digital TV & Blu-ray DVD player; a dining room with unique feature wall, digital radio, books and games; a fitted kitchen/diner with electric Aga, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and radio/CD player; and utility room with a large Butler's sink, washing machine, shower and WC. Upstairs are four bedrooms (one king-size, one double, a twin and a single with an USB socket next to all beds for charging mobile phones etc) and a bathroom with a ceiling mounted shower over the bath and hand shower attachment, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. There are electronically controlled thermostatic radiators in the sitting room, dining room and two front bedrooms, storage heaters in the hall and back bedroom, and electric heaters in the single bedroom, bathroom and utility room. There is a payphone for outgoing calls in the dining room, and WiFi is available.

Small lawned garden to the front of the property. The garden at the back has steps which lead up to a small paved terrace with picnic tables and a sloping grassed area. Manorbier benefits from a good village shop and Post Office, a cafe (with internet), childrens' play park, a pub and a hotel with bar and restaurant. Attractions nearby include Folly Farm, Dinosaur Park, Oakwood Theme Park and Blue Lagoon Waterpark. Many other attractions within easy driving distance.

There are several steps within the house so it is not very suitable for those with mobility issues.

Electricity (renewable sourced) and logs included.

Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels

Cot and high chair available.

We were very luck to be here over Easter weekend. The lovely garden was great for an egg hunt! The kitchen was great. The house has been very warm despite being freezing outside. All the children have enjoyed being so close to the seaside. The playground in the village was a happy afternoon aswell. We would recommend Tenby for fish and chips and there is outside pick up which is safer at Tenby fish and chips Trafalgar St. All in all very restful and we would definitely come back

Mrs Sadie F,

We enjoyed our stay in Curlew Cottage. Warm, clean and welcoming. Loved the arga, open fire and quirkiness of the property. Love village, walks to the beach and along the coast. Good meal in the cocal pub.

Past Customer,

The weather was a full blown heatwave. Hot and sunny every single day. Yes unbelievable I know! We have had another wonderful stay at the just perfect Curlew Cottage. We ate at the Castle Inn on our final evening. You do have to book and we recommend booking early in the evening to avoid long waits for food. Thank you

Ms Rachel L,

Another lovely stay at Curlew. We mostly stayed at Manorbier which hasn't been a problem as the beach is so lovely but has never been so busy. The cottage gets more and more modern every year. We've thoroughly enjoyed the new shower. Thank you for another lovely stay Curlew. p.s they also do pizza at the local pub

Ms Teresa M,

Well loved and homely cottage best suited to 4 adults (4 comfortable seats in sitting room).
