Description

Located just outside the village of Rhydlewis, which has a village shop, Gwynnant Cottage is 5-6 miles south of the lovely sandy beaches at Penbryn and Llangrannog and 5 miles north of the market town of Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage is attached to WAS280, Gwynnant House, at right angles and quite private, with a lovely enclosed garden overlooking countryside views.

Entrance: into a small hallways, with stairs rising to the first floor

Kitchen Diner: a spacious room with tiled flooring, fitted units to two sides of the room and a dining area to the other side, with dresser and electric fire in the fireplace; octagonal glass dining table and four chairs; electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave; small utility room with washing machine off the rear hall; WiFi can be accessed in the kitchen diner

This is a lovely rural location, with country walking from the door and fishing at a local trout farm nearby, and yet within easy reach of the West Wales coast, including the picturesque coastal towns of Aberporth, Llangrannog, New Quay and Aberaeron. The many attractions in the area include local woollen mills, Cenarth Falls and coracles, castles at Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan, golf and a dry ski-slope at Llangrannog.
