Beautifully positioned detached bungalow which sits in an elevated position in a quiet area of Saundersfoot enjoying fabulous sea views. A 10 minute walk takes you into the town centre of the village with its safe sandy beaches, harbour, with boat trips run daily for sight- seeing or fishing trips. 

Approached by steps to an enclosed porch with views over the bay. Front Entrance hall leads to kitchen/diner (1 step leading to diner) with gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Lounge with gas fire, TV, Freeview, and patio doors to sun terrace. 3 bedrooms, two doubles, one single with pull out bed to make into twins with sea views (approached by 3 steps). Family bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Conservatory has doors leading to patio and enclosed garden with garden furniture. 

Heating: Central Heating and electric included 

Parking: Parking for 2 cars

Short Break: Accepted but not in peak weeks
