We have recently returned from a lovely holiday at the Old Gardeners Lodge. The property is in a quiet position up a steep hill about a 10 /15 walk from the seaside town of Saundersfoot .The accommodation although very small and compact has everything you need for a short self catering break. The owners are very friendly and informative about the local area and although you are staying in their garden, it still feels very private as you have a small outside seating area if you are lucky enough to have good weather. There are some beautiful coastal paths close by and some lovely places to visit .The walks to nearby Amroth and the National Trust Colby gardens are well worth a visit as is the costal walk to Tenby(but be prepared as it is a very long and sometimes very steep walk)We got a taxi back for £8 to save our legs !! I feel like the Old gardeners lodge is very good value accommodation if you are mobile and like to do a lot of walking.

Mrs A,

The location is perfect, a nice 20 min walk from the Harbour Bay, the coastal works nice too. Accomodation is as described on the site, but a word of warning, not for the overly tall. My partner and I could not enjoy sleeping in the same bed so I took the 'spare bed'. ( 6ft and 6ft 2 for reference ) So it is a bit cosy, but otherwise it's a lovely snug fit, and the owner was very welcoming

Mr D,
