Amazing detached house in an enviable position right on the beach in Wisemans Bridge which is just a short drive or walk when the tide is out from Saundersfoot. A great house for a holiday any time of year with miles of beautiful coastal path walks in both directions towards Tenby and Pendine. A great place for painters or bird watchers and a very special place for children with beach on your door step. The house has spectacular unbroken sea views from nearly every window. Having recently been totally re-built and furbished to take full advantage of its position. Centrally located for all local attractions with Oakwood adventure park, Heatherton Country sports open all year, horse riding, and clay pigeon shooting, and three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive.

The entrance hall leads to an open plan living and dining areas taking full advantage of the views and patio doors leading out onto the patio area. The lounge has a wood burning stove, TV, Broadband, Wifi access and DVD. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge and freezer. The ground floor double bedroom has patio doors out onto the patio and a shower wetroom with toilet and whb. Stairs lead upto three further bedrooms, a master double with en-suite shower room with far reaching sea views. Two twin rooms again with sea views (1 room can be made into a double on request) Bed linen supplied and beds made up for your arrival. There is a family bathroom with toilet,whb and shower over the bath.

The large patio area with garden furniture is ideal for al fresco dining.

Solar Central Heating and Hot Water System with under floor heating and Electricity all included.

Guests should note that there is a pedestrian access to a second property, 50 yards further up the hill beyond Sunridge. Guests to this property pass behind Sunridge. However there is no access permitted from this second property to the sides  or front of Sunridge and the beach access path is exclusive to Sunridge.



We greatly enjoyed our holiday with 7 adults and 3 under-5s in this spacious, clean, well-equipped house in its magnificent location.

Stunning location with fabulous views from all bedroom windows. The patio was well supplied with garden furniture. The house was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Within a stone’s throw of the Wiseman’s Bridge Inn where we ate on several occasions.
