North Wales Choral Festival

Growing from strength to strength since its first event in 2011, this choral competition is now the largest in Wales and welcomes attendees from all over Europe. After the schools battle it out on the Friday, the Saturday features the youth, ladies and traditional male voice categories, followed by a concert in the evening. Enchanted Christmas at Greenwood Forest Park

The fantastic indoor play centre at Greenwood Forest Park is transformed into a winter woodland, great for hours of fun on a winter’s day and a wonderful way to kick off the festive season. Santa will be in residence in his grotto and the café with its cosy woodburner will be open for the parents to sit back and relax. Enchanted Christmas begins on the weekend of Saturday 26 November and runs every weekend until Sunday 18 December.
Portmeirion Food & Craft Fair

This annual festival attracts over 90 exhibitors showcasing a great range of local produce and crafts. Along with cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, craft demonstrations, entertainment and plenty of mulled wine, the fair is a great excuse to visit this wonderful Italianate village on the Welsh coast. A festive day out for all the family with little ones even being able to visit Father Christmas in his workshop!
