A very comfortable barn conversion in the grounds of the owner’s home in Llanegryn in the beautiful Dysynni valley with Cadair Idris as a backdrop. The area offers many activities including excellent walking, river and sea fishing.

Y Bwthyn has been tastefully converted to a high standard throughout the property. The single storey cottage has an open-plan living space. The well equipped kitchen has a slate floor and includes a slim dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and freezer. The attractively furnished sitting area has a gas woodburner, TV, DVD player and WiFi available. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms – a twin with bath, shower and WC and a double with walk-in shower and WC.

A pretty and private enclosed patio area lies to the rear of the cottage with garden furniture and a barbeque area.
