This 2-bedroom, terraced cottage is located in the heart of Mumbles just minutes from the seafront promenade and all the amenities and attractions that Mumbles offers.
Cosy, yet modern with its own private garden, this cottage offers a true fishing village experience with a fish and chip shop practically on your doorstep. The proud Oystermouth Castle is within walking distance, as well as the many wine bars, restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours just a stroll from the cottage.
Local beaches such as Swansea Bay, Rotherslade and Langland Beach can all be reached on foot for a relaxing seaside holiday.
Lounge/Dining Room: Sofa, armchair, coffee table and dining table with seating for 4, ample lighting and TV.
Kitchen: Fitted cupboards and appliances including: single oven, washing machine and freestanding fridge/freezer.
Utility Room: Additional storage cupboards and microwave with access to back garden.

External: 3 steps lead down to a garden laid with patio and raised threshold, split into 3 tiered sections. The back gate leads to an unsurfaced lane.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Wood burner. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Travel cot & highchair. No pets. No smoking. Parking is on road (first come first served basis) - it is possible to purchase temporary parking permits from Swansea council. We advise doing this well in advance of your arrival.

17, Woodville Road was delightful! Light and spacious, with plenty of room for a family of 4. The garden was such a pleasure, especially as we experienced a heatwave whilst there. The views from the bathroom and children's bedroom was fantastic. Perfectly placed, in the heart of Mumbles. Bought a parking permit for the fortnight, just in case, but managed to get a spot right outside the house.
