The location is ideal for those who want to be within easy walking distance of Mumbles village, with its range of boutiques, shops and very close to the Promenade, the local beaches of Limeslade, Rotherslade and Langland.

Utility Room: Washing machine, storage area and patio doors that lead out to the split-level garden.

First Floor
