Head up the stairs in the lounge to the second floor and there’s a spacious king-size bedroom with wooden beams and exposed brickwork and views across the rooftops to the sea. There’s no private outside pace attached to the flat, but the expanse of Swansea Bay and the promenade are nearby.
Mumbles has a plethora of places to go out and eat out, from the seafood hut on the promenade to fish and chips shops, Italian restaurants, and high-end eateries, it has something for all tastes and budgets. You’ll also find some lovely shops, pubs cafes and tea rooms. Wander along the promenade to Mumbles Pier (1.5 miles) for breakfast with a view or keep going to Langland Bay (a further 2 miles on the coast path) a large, sandy beach with beach huts, a cafe, and seafood restaurant. Visit Caswell Bay, 3 miles from the pier, to have a go at surfing or paddleboarding.
