Description

Lovely sea views can be enjoyed from this 2-bedroom apartment which benefits from an elevated position overlooking Langland Bay and the golf course. The apartment features a large sheltered balcony, half of which is enclosed creating a sun lounge, whilst the other half is open and ideal for alfresco dining.

From the apartment block there is a path with steps leading through the grounds to the beach although some visitors may prefer to drive or use the more conventional route. Langland Bay is a popular surfing spot and has plenty on offer with a choice of two beach side cafes, a restaurant bar, tennis, an 18 hole link golf course and two beautiful coastal path walks.

The apartment is accessed via a flight of 8 steps into the main building.

Accommodation

Lounge: Soft seating for 5 people, TV and DVD and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, grill and oven and microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. 

Master Bedroom: Double bed, drawer space and a mirror-fronted, double wardrobe. An armchair and access into the open part of the balcony.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and storage space.

Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin and a separate WC with basin.

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin

C/O day - Sat. Electric storage heating. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off road parking for 1 car only. Sea views. No pets. No smoking

 

 

Reviews

Spotlessly clean, well furnished, lovely views, and close to beach and excellent brasserie. Bit of a stroll into Mumbles, but all along quiet streets with pavements. Coast path is probably the best route, with fewer hills and paved all the way.
