This well-presented, 1-bedroom, first floor apartment is located just 50 metres from the popular Langland Bay. It is offered with lovely sea views and off-road parking.
Situated in the popular Crawshay Court, it has many activities and attractions right on the doorstep including the Langland Bay Golf Club which welcomes guests and was awarded the title of 'The Best Golf Club in Wales 2013'. There are tennis courts and the stunning Wales Coastal Path which offers amazing views in both directions whether heading towards Caswell Bay or towards Mumbles.
There are several restaurants/cafes within easy reach: Langland's Brasserie and The Surfside Cafe are both located next to the beach. The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes in the car.

Very close to Langland beach. Balcony of flat was a very good facility. Altogether a very nice and comfortable flat for a holiday. Plenty of hot water and secure parking. Flat location is very close to local amenities.
The property has good views over to the beach and headland with great walks over to Caswell bay and round to Mumbles head. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with the advantage of having an extra toilet and wash basin.
A holiday for me means being near a beach. Overlooking one of the prettiest beaches in Wales from the balcony of a well appointed and spacious apartment is a dream come true. I could not fault this apartment at all. On site safe parking and a fifty yard walk to the beach and cafe made everything perfect. There are beautiful cliff top walks to other bays in either direction, and the Gower as a whole is one of the most scenic areas in Britain. Perfect.
