A 1st floor, 2-bedroom, luxury beachside apartment, tastefully furnished with oak and brown leather in the Fisherman's Way development of the Maritime Quarter. A major feature of this apartment is the uninterrupted panoramic views across Swansea Bay.

The apartment is perfectly placed for the beach, and strolls along the promenade, while the attractions of Swansea city centre are within easy walking distance.

First Floor: Open plan with sea views situated to the front of the property with French windows onto a wide balcony with patio furniture.

Reception/Dining Area: 3-seat convertible sofa bed and matching 2-seat leather sofa, oak coffee table and occasional furniture. There is a 50" flatscreen TV and an iPod dock. Oak dining suite with 6 leather chairs.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with an en suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Family Bathroom: White bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

External: Balcony with furniture and 1 allocated parking space.

Wonderful accommodation and breathtaking views. Very short (10 min drive) to affordable, enjoyable excursions such as a LC2 water park, Plantasia etc. as well as bars, restaurants, shops too. Beach is gorgeous and as close as it looks. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment.

Spent a week in this amazing property. The photos on the website didn’t lie it was perfect. Having the view of the bay from the veranda and the Marina a short walk was really good. Lovely restaurants and beautiful walks. Will be back next year, that’s if I can get in after this review . 100 percent perfect.

Fisherman's Way was in an amazing location facing the sea and Swansea Bay with the Marina nearby. The apartment had everything you could possibly want, but being an older person I found it a bit too high-tec - great for those who are though. The apartment was furnished tastefully and everything was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds with good quality linen. Good holiday base.
