Situated on farmland in Oxwich, Gower sits this peaceful one-bedroom apartment. With plenty of outdoor space and glorious sea views, it’s a fantastic rural retreat for a couple wanting to be close to beaches, countryside, and coastal paths.

Inside the rooms are all located on one level, with simple, fresh tones sweeping through the light-drenched, open-plan living area. In the lounge, sink into one of the sofas and feel your spirits lift as you gaze out at the rolling landscape and dazzling sea views. Come mealtime, rustle up a bite to eat in the kitchen then linger over a meal with your loved one at the dining room table. When the weather is good, be sure to slide open the glass doors and let the sea air breeze in. As the day draws to an end, pad through to the wonderfully comfortable en-suite bedroom featuring a king-size bed. In the morning, step outside onto the gravel and sit on the garden furniture or stroll along the grassland and marvel once more at those tranquil sea views.

From the property, it’s 1 mile to Oxwich Bay, a glorious sandy beach. It’s a good place to relax, swim or enjoy a bite to eat. From here, walkers can enjoy a 7.5-mile scenic walk to Rhossili Bay and Worm’s Head. Alternatively, head 0.5 miles to Slade Bay and spend the day surfing. Also worth a visit is Pennard Castle (7.5 miles), a ruined Norman castle. It stands high on the cliffs and boasts some of the best views on Gower.

An excellent choice. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The beach at Oxwich was a short walk away. Coastal View is well placed for coastal walks. Just a few miles away is Rhossili and Worms Head a tremendous coastline and views and a must to visit.

Description about proximity to pub didn't declare it was down a hill. Was shocked to find the cost of booking fee only appeared visible at the booking stage.
