Property code: OC-HH9905

Relax and enjoy the stunning sea views from the balcony of this fabulous holiday cottage, which is set right by Port Eynon beach and is perfect for groups of friends or large families, and is dog friendly, too.

A reverse-level design means this seaside holiday home makes the most of its gorgeous views, so you’ll find the living spaces on the first floor. These comprise a spacious kitchen and a comfortable lounge with soft sofas and chairs for seven gathered around a TV/DVD. Open plan to the lounge is a dining space with views through the glazed doors to the balcony. This small outdoor area is a great spot for some quiet time with a book and a cup of coffee. On this floor there’s also a twin bedroom and a handy WC, while the remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, and two further twins, plus the family bathroom.

Below the house, popular Port Eynon is safe for swimming and water sports, and has lifeguards during the summer months. It sits within the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is surrounded by stunning countryside and an extraordinary coast, which includes Llangennith (known as the surfers’ beach), Rhossili, Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay – all within 8 miles. If you fancy a day of exploring the shops and trying some delicious local delicacies in a variety of eateries, head to cosmopolitan Mumbles, 14.5 miles or the city of Swansea, 16 miles.

Excellent property, really appreciated the comfort and location with open aspect and sea views. Would recommend especially to dog owners as beach so accessible and to anyone with electric car, charging point a very positive advantage.
