Our Abergele holiday cottages are set in a small market town on the north coast between Colwyn Bay and Rhyl, with the northern suburb of Pensarn featuring a long sweeping sandy beach, with a promenade packed with cafes and shops running alongside. 

North Wales is packed with history and the Abergele area serves it by the bucketload. Sites of historical interest include two Iron Age hillforts; Castell Cawr at Tan y Gopa and Pen y Corddyn Mawr hill above Rhyd y Foel. On Gallt y Felin Wynt, a hill above the town, is a 17th-century watchtower, and Gwrych Castle, as seen in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, also stands on the western edge of the town.
