Set within a small glamping field just 50 metres from the beach, this bell tent comes with private bathroom facilities plus use of a games barn and play area. Enjoy wildlife-rich coast and countryside walks then unwind with a BBQ by the firepit – with no Wi-Fi to distract, a holiday here is all about reconnecting with loved ones.
Beautifully located for a back-to-basics break, this spacious bell tent is one of only four within a 2-acre field on a family-run farm. Two shallow steps lead onto its decking area; fold open the doors to find a cavernous space with a sofa, coffee table and storage shelves. Carpets underfoot keep everything cosy, and at the heart of the tent there’s an inviting double bed. The pair of single beds to one side can be removed if you’re escaping as a couple; alternatively, two Z-beds can be added for a larger family group. You’ll have your own electricity supply, and close-by the private facilities block includes a WC, shower and washing-up sink; further kitchen facilities are shared with the other glampers on-site. Enjoy family fun on the footie field or for all-weather action head to the games barn to play pool, football and table tennis. Afterwards, fire up the BBQ, light the fire pit and relax in the fresh sea air at the picnic bench.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes close-by, crossing the shingle ridge that separates Jubilee Beach from a wildlife-rich lagoon with two 19th-century lime kilns adding archaeological interest. Dale (1 mile) is an excellent location for water sports, and a pub and café are on hand. Head cross-country and pristine Marloes Sands (3 miles) is a lovely spot for swimming while at the southern tip of the peninsula, St Ann’s Head (3 miles) has views towards Skokholm, an island haven for puffins, kittiwakes and more. Be sure to look out for porpoises and dolphins playing in the water.
