Lovely stay in this spotlessly clean property. Amazing view from the door step. Susan very welcoming on our arrival and around in the week if we needed anything but not intrusive. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen would recommend.

The location of the cottage is spectacular with beautiful views: there is a paved patio to view these from or a lovely walk through the farm to the hills which will give you a panoramic landscape. No garden to the cottage but the dog was happy exploring the grounds of the farm. The selection of cottages at Bala Barns are situated in the best scenery I have seen. They are well kept with comfortable furniture. Good kitchen fittings, plenty of hot water and safe car parking. Pleasant walks on their property. The only sounds we heard at night were the owls and sometimes the lambs. Lovely
