Located on a working farm on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, sits this stylish one-bedroom barn conversion. It’s a great choice for a couple plus two dogs wanting tranquillity and direct access to scenic footpaths and cycle routes.

A sense of tranquillity sweeps through the interior of this stone barn-conversion with its wooden beam, creamy tones, and comfortable furnishings creating a soothing atmosphere. After a day exploring, kick off your boots and unwind in the lounge on the reclining sofa. Watch a film on the TV, or if the weather is good open the floor-to-ceiling glass door and let the countryside air breeze in. When it’s time to eat, whip up a meal in the neat kitchen and dine at the intimate table for two people. When bedtime beckons, head upstairs where you’ll find a pleasantly furnished bedroom featuring a double bed. Outside, a fenced patio area is perfectly set up for morning coffee. Sit at the table, listen to the birds in the surrounding trees, and soak up the glorious views.

Explore the footpaths that run through the 220-acre farmland or stroll down to the peaceful River Dee. For the more active, Snowdonia National Park offers excellent walking, mountain biking, and hiking trails. Alternatively journey to Lake Bala (3.5 miles) and try a spot of wild swimming. While in the market town of Bala browse the art and craft stores, play a round of golf, or jump on the steam train and view the scenic lake and mountain views from your comfortable carriage.
